“6 Ways To Build Your E-mail List
Without Breaking The Bank”

Part 2 of 4:

Today, I’m going to show you some you the first two of six strategies that can be used to increase your website traffic and build up your e-mail list with qualified, profit generating leads.

If you missed part 1, check it out here.

The next two issues will provide the rest of the techniques and also how you can effectively manage and profit from them.

They’re all free or inexpensive to use, and there’s a direct correlation between your time and the cost involved.  The more upfront cost involved, the less time spent. The cheaper the strategy, the more time you need to spend in order to make it work.

I’d be lying if I said it was free and would work without you spending any time or work. You gotta pay with either time or money.  No one else is going to do it for you.

Remember the old adage: Nothing is completely free!

So here we go with the first two techniques.

1. Submitting free articles to on-line article sites

This strategy generally costs very little, if anything, but does take some time to write your article and market it to a site that will publish it. You would write a short relevant article about your business, get in touch with the editors, and if accepted, they will publish the article on their sites.

Make sure you have a signature or a resource box at the end of your article that has your contact information AND website address so that interested people will go to it and check it out (and sign up for whatever it is you will offer them).

Plus, as an added bonus, by doing this, you are also establishing credibility as an expert in your field.

You can do a Google search on “article directories” to show you potential sites to check out.  A popular and well-known one that gets a ton of traffic is www.ezinearticles.com.

2. Submit your ads in e-zines (electronic magazines)

You can submit small classified ads in popular e-zines.  This is an inexpensive way to advertise, as it may only cost you a few bucks to place an ad that could run within a few days of placing it.

Each e-zine will have it’s own set of rules regarding ad length, etc.  As with the article strategy, make sure you include your signature (contact and website information) at the end of your ad.

A couple of sites you could check out are www.ezinelisting.com and www.ezine-dir.com.

There’s many other techniques other than the six you’ll be learning about, but these seem to get the most bang-for-the-buck.
